Conscious Unconsciousness
🌱 Seeded by CJB today
Being conscious of things is easy—
Thoughts tap out in morse code,
A mental braille of sight.
Yet in conscious unconsciousness
Lie universes of intense delight.
But how can this be experienced?
A world so unconsciously grown?
Where is the anchor to feel it—
The meat, the marrow, the bone?
It’s in the unknowing that you know,
In the agreement with nature’s flow.
That’s where all experiences go.
So take your ticket by being aware:
Pause. Stare. Breathe in the air.
And today you will see—
That I am you,
And you are me.

What It Looks Like to ACT with Your Soul
The poem above asks a perfect question: “How can this be experienced?”
We spend so much of our life shoveling thoughts in our heads, convinced that "being conscious of things" is the only way to live. We’re tapping out morse code with our worries, reading a mental braille of everything we think we need to figure out. But all that gets us is tired.
The truth is, life gets infinitely better when you stop thinking you have to control EVERYTHING and just let your soul act.
The poem points to a profound wisdom: “It’s in the unknowing that you know, / In the agreement with nature’s flow.” This is not about being checked out. It's about a different kind of awareness—a Conscious Unconsciousness. It’s about letting the universe meet you where you are, rather than fighting it to get where you think you should be.
This is a deep, soulful shift. A real, grounded act of courage. It takes guts to stop the constant mental chatter. But as the poem shows, this is also where the "universes of intense delight" are found.
So how do you start? The poem gives you the tools. Your soul already knows.
Pause. Stare. Breathe in the air.
It's the simplest and most powerful formula. Just a few moments TODAY to let your soul take over the steering wheel. To feel the wind, to see the way a leaf moves, to just be—without needing to name or judge it.
When you allow yourself this simple act of presence, that's where life truly begins. That’s when the light starts to shine through. And that's when you see that the "I" and the "you" are one and the same.
That's the ultimate truth. You can choose to live it, TODAY.
Right. Really gotta grow! 🌱
Lots of love,
