Let me introduce my mother,
She's an angel in disguise.

I love her more than life itself,
As a baby I said this with cries!

Today she is a warrior,
Fighting my stepdad's cruel dementia.

Yet, using skills a mother has,
She makes his days an adventure.

One day, when things allow,
I will take her to places unseen.

She'll view all the ancient cities,
I'll make her life serene.

Until that day I'll simply be,
Her biggest pain in the ass.

Yep, raising me as a baby,
Was akin to eating glass!
