Walking barefoot through the mud  
You fight anxious gremlins  
SQUASH THEM!  
A real life—Elmer Fudd!

Fears and worries try to attack  
But your soul knows Kung Fu  
It always fights back

From the mud to digital  
You click on a post  
Leave a comment  
Become THAT ghost!

Back to the forest  
Go grab a tree  
Lick that bark  
Set your soul free!

Wait for the rain  
Hear it fall  
Clouds will tumble  
Around your call

Back on social  
Remember who you are

Find some grass

Watch nocturnal creatures  
Hiding in the night  
Especially when they see your phone screen  
They sense something ain't right!

Take the battery out  
Run through the darkness  
Scream and SHOUT!

I love making these! They just happen and grow wild all on their own.

Seriously, ****your** soul can withstand ANYTHING! Even reading THIS!  
  
It may sound really stupid (that is your primal ego btw) but if you start with a smile you'll feel a change in you. A good change.  
  
When your body is anxious and stressed, it can do with a force boost, so force that smile. Jump around. Be silly! Laugh wildly... and get into nature if you can, even if you dance with a pot plant!  
  
Hey, I'm killing myself (in a nice way) creating these videos. So please, if you can take some time to like on social media, tell others, share, sing the songs.
