Thanks for being here. **You want more?** Okay. The BoE (you can think of it for now as *the universe* — [my book](https://www.cjb.today/the-books-almost-fully-grown/) will explain all) is connected by love. Humans are part of that body, and so guess what!? That’s right 😭 **you are not loved and should be miserable for the rest of your days.** Okay. Okay. I just get the heebie-jeebies when I hear spiritual lovey-dovey talk. Makes me want to run if it’s too sickly sweet. But once I get over that running reaction, I realize this is serious sheyat. There is love waiting for you **everywhere**. You are **always** loved. No matter what that lying inner voice — or anyone else's lying voice — tells you. And today? Well, today was proof yet again that even a self-made, spiritually skeptical guru such as myself — who has written a massive bestseller (hey, I know it’s not out yet, but law of attraction and all) — can still screw up and miss signals. If you haven’t watched the two videos above, then why not!? How very dare you... chill. Just know this next bit may be a spoiler. There I was, walking in a field, when I heard a cry. A creaking kind of cry. What was it, I thought? 🐑 *A trapped sheep?* 🦄 *A lost unicorn?* 👹 *A beautiful fair maiden asking me for directions?* Nope. None of those! 🌳 It was a **tree**. And it was creaking in the wind. Or... was it? I filmed the sound. As these things go, naturally, the **VERY LOUD** crying sound reduced to the gentler groans you can hear in the video. But it’s enough to show you the tree was crying about something. Anyway, I walked off around the field — and then it hit me. A slow-burning realization: **I knew what the tree was crying for.** 🫂 It wanted a hug!! So I scurried back through sheep 🐑💩 sheyat to the tree, and gave it a massive hug. No — not the sheep 🐑💩 sheyat!! I gave 🌳 **THE TREE** a hug — a kiss too! And guess what? **It felt good.** 🤎💚 **VERY GOOD!** Hey listen — whether you believe I’m just imagining all this doesn’t really matter. Can the tree talk? Does it cry? **That’s not the point.** **The point is**: living today in a fun, connected, soulful way. It genuinely felt good hugging the tree. And kissing it. (The fact I haven’t had a girlfriend in years has nothing to do with it.) Quick, moving swiftly on… I’d like you to be **alert today** for things that can make you feel **happier**. 🐕 *Maybe, like me, hugging your dog is all you ever need.* 👷🏾‍♀️ *Maybe it’s telling a work colleague they’ve done well.* 👹 *Maybe it’s telling a stranger they’re looking good.* Whatever it is — let those **seeds of soul happiness** be planted. And learn to grow them into the **actual feeling** of profound gratefulness, fun, and joy that life is full of. Now, before your primal ego says I’m full of something else, I’ll end this here. **Take away the bits that make you feel good. Bin the rest.** (And hopefully that cleansing will make you feel good too — hey, I don’t waste a thing when it comes to soul happiness.)
