My heart goes out to the victims of Bondi Beach. May this pain awaken us to the united world we are meant to grow together.

> as a shoreline wrestles  
> with tides older than hate,  
> their pull monotonous,  
> as if violence keeps repeating  
> the same exhausted lesson.

> What faith, what book, what war  
> has ever learned  
> how to justify a body  
> that will not rise again?

> To feel love,  
> you must first love.  
> To love deeply,  
> you must first feel.

> Revenge is not a place for peace.

> Do not insult God  
> by acting through fear  
> and calling it belief.

> Water does not curse the sun  
> for taking it skyward.  
> Stars do not rage  
> when their ancient power dims.

> They release.  
> They move.  
> They become something else.

> Here is the act:  
> pause before judgment.  
> Breathe before blame.  
> Choose love  
> while the primal-ego  
> demands a target  
> in its monotonous need  
> to be right.

> This is how the soul acts  
> when the world is shaking.

> So whatever story  
> the primal-ego tells —  
> the fear,  
> the fury,  
> the justifications —

> release it.

> Never again let humanity forget itself.  
> Never again excuse the breaking  
> of what cannot be remade.

> Today, let every sacred language  
> break into light —  
> not argument —  
> across every culture,  
> every shore.

> And if anger rises  
> asking for permission,  
> notice it.  
> Do not follow.

> For thine is the kingdom —  
> not the knife.  
> Not the power.  
> Not the monotonous story  
> that needs an enemy.
