## The Hills

Flashing blue lights  
Smoke billowing across the hills  
The gray clouds clasping each other  
Saying goodbye at the end of the day  
  
The birds join in  
Nature's chorus  
A love song  
To the day that has been  
  
{\_\_\_\_\_}  
  
In the silence  
The joy of tomorrow  
Is found today.

Life took an unexpected turn today. What started with a quick call from my mum and the intention for a 10-minute walk ended up being an hour-long adventure over the hills.  
  
The result? This poem (the video explains all!).  
  
I highly recommend you try this – it's surprisingly liberating! Put yourself on the spot, film a spontaneous creative moment, and send it out into the digital world.  
  
Why? Because it's fantastic training for living life without constantly worrying about what others think. There's a real freedom in that.
