Isn't it brilliant that nature is free and always will be? Every day, I'm grateful for being able to walk among the trees. And this isn't just because I now reside in a greener place. Even when I worked in London, I'd always seek out the trees on the pavements, in the parks. They were my oxygen in stressful times. For an agoraphobic working in London, trust me when I say there were many stressful days. Nature has always been there for me. And it's there for you.
