***Serious LOVE**  
  
I raised my arm in defense  
Eventually black daisies grew  
And red poppies flew  
And all I could think was ...  
Does he love me too?  
  
In time his love turned to hate  
In the end I could relate  
I lived in a cocoon of whimpers  
Divorce led to mindless blurs  
  
BUT THEN ...  
  
A new life began - again!  
Pain launched me into the new!  
It led me to something  
And that something was ...  
  
CHOCOLATE!  
I meant!  
YOU!
