Cuddle your sentinel soul,  
as it always stands guard.  
Protecting your mind,  
from being marred.

In silence it heals,  
always willing to serve.  
Distracted, your brain—  
fears to observe.

Using invisible ashes,  
from a burnt past.  
Its phoenix form—  
shields any blast.

Rising above anxious—  
irrational chatter.  
It dispels worries,  
until none matter.

So—  
Cuddle your sentinel soul,  
be brave, kiss it too...  
Haven't you realized—  
it's actually you!
