## Manipulate Your Soul

The dictionary says one version of "Manipulate" means:  
"to handle or control (a tool, mechanism, information, etc.) in a skillful manner."  
  
However some people are using it entirely the wrong way,  
so it feels like they're banging their skull with a hammer.

Just be aware that you can manipulate your mind,  
with too many worries and pain.

Instead, learn the power of freeing your soul,  
to feel like a cactus after the rain....
