Grief is a reminder of that other feeling  
The one that turns aches and pains into joy  
For in grief we find our truth cocooned  
Waiting for such moments to burst free  
To fly unhindered through our heart  
Lifting the body and soul as one  
  
Grief is a reminder  
That love is there  
And always will be.
