When the living gets hard  
The hard gets living  
Find love in the art of forgiving  
  
I'm feeling dry,  
No rain clouds in the sky...  
My soul feels stormy  
Getting ready to cry  
  
When a moment gets hard  
The hard gets a moment  
Seeing nothing as being their soul's opponent  
  
I'm feeling dry,  
No rain clouds in the sky...  
My soul feels stormy  
Getting ready to cry  
  
I want to burst wet clouds in the sky  
But my mind keeps saying it's feeling dry  
So I guess I'll have to wet my lips  
An ice filled glass, just a few sips  
  
I've promised myself when life starts to flow  
To marry my soul to the first rainbow

"This poem/song was written to give you hope. To tell you that you may not always be feeling your best but that is just part of how wonderful life is. You are not supposed to be grinning from ear to ear every second. And you always have the blessing of not knowing your future. In the not knowing, you can confidently hope for better times. The mention of the rainbow is designed to embody all of the latter. A symbol of hope, love and wonder"
