#### **Song Lyrics (Different)*

Sometimes I write a poem that I love the feel of as a static poem, but when I use it to prompt AI it doesn't sound right to my soul. So I go back and rewrite parts to make it "feel" more soulful. It is amazing how much it can make a difference. It doesn't detract from the power of the original poem, it just gives is a different perspective, like a branch on a tree that stems from the tree and yet is uniquely different. Hope this made sense?

In the city where the horizon
Meets the sky in a silent prayer,
There lies a truth woven into the fabric
Of our days, a citizen's tale...

**We are all citizens here,*
**In this land of sand and stories,*
**Where the wind whispers tales*
**Of our ancestors' quiet footsteps.*

We are the unwritten poems,
Etched in the heart of this place,
Our names like seeds buried deep,
Waiting for the rain of recognition.

The city does not sleep,
It dreams in the language of the lost
And found, where each brick sings
Of belonging, of borders crossed.

**We wear our citizenship like a coat,*
**Patched with the colors of our journey,*
**Stitched with the threads of our past,*
**A quilt of hope, of history.*

In the mirror of the metropolis,
We see not just ourselves but
The collective soul, the city's pulse
Beating in unison with our own.

**We are the poets of pavement,*
**Our words the footprints*
**On the concrete canvas,*
**A declaration of our existence.*

Here, citizenship is not just
A document, but a dance with destiny,
Each step a verse, each move
A testament to our shared survival.

**We are the guardians of this*
**Urban mythos, our voices*
**The echo of every citizen's cry*
**For freedom, for a place to call home.*

The city breathes, and so do we,
In sync with the rhythm of rights,
The melody of multiculturalism,
A symphony of solidarity.

our voices the echo of every citizen's cry for freedom,
for a place to call home.

The city breathes, and so do we, in sync with the rhythm of rights,
the melody of multiculturalism, a symphony of solidarity.

We are the living anthology of this place,
every citizen a chapter in the ongoing story of this land, this life, this love.

In the end, we are all just attempts at understanding,
citizens of this fragile earth, striving to see beyond the self.

Our citizenship is our song, sung in the chorus of the common,
where every note is a note of hope, a harmony of humanity.
