I trace the curve of each azure tear  
Retracing year after year— I fear  
Soaked in a breeze of thoughts  
  
Grab my hand and squeeze  
Raise me from my knees  
I need you  
I want you  
Please touch my lips—  
  
Oh but it is too late for touching  
I cannot take another breath  
My lungs are trapped in air so tight  
Help me stand, with all your might  
  
All I ask, please, be mine, again—  
Tonight.
